Shipping Policy

Shipping Time/Expedited Shipping
Most approved* orders leave our warehouse within one business day. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping method you choose. Unless specified, all orders ship UPS Ground and are typically delivered within 1-5 business days. If you require more expedited shipping, additional options can be selected in the check out process. APO/FPO and PO Box addresses will be automatically defaulted to our USPS option.

Shipping Method
We use a variety of carriers. These include:

  • UPS (3-5 days)*
  • USPS (5-9 days)*

*Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to three business days.

Manufacturer Direct Merchandise
Manufacturer direct items are shipped to the customer directly from the manufacturer and are not available to international customers. Expedited shipping is not available for these items. When you order in stock items with manufacturer direct items, you may receive separate shipments. All manufacturer direct items will be noted within the item description.

Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in multiple packages. These are called partial shipments. In this instance, items will ship from more than one location. You will receive notification when this occurs. If an expedited shipping choice is made, all items available for immediate shipment will process in that manner. All other items, such as special order items, will be sent via standard ground. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will have only one shipping charge.

Return Policy

We understand sometimes items just don’t work! No worries. All orders placed on our site can be returned within 21 days of shipping. Returns must be shipped back to our Baton Rouge location and be accompanied by the packing slip with a brief reason for return or exchange. We will gladly accept any merchandised returned new, unused or in unworn condition with the all original tags and stickers attached.

Please allow 2 weeks for exchanges and refunds to be processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. All refunds will be for the amount of the returned item less shipping cost. If an order is returned due to an error on our part, we will gladly also refund all shipping cost.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged if an item is returned after 21 days of the shipping date, if an item is returned to the incorrect address or if an item has been shipped by FREIGHT delivery. Customized items, special orders, and items that have been installed or used are non-refundable. ALL SALES FINAL on sale + closeout items, game specific items such as t-shirts, hats, stickers, ect and holiday + seasonal items. Ladies dresses can only be returned in exchange for another size or style. If another size or dress style isn't available, we will gladly issue store credit for the product cost. Swimwear and intimates can be returned only if the merchandise is unworn and in original packaging. Please note we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards. See below for further information. ,
