Shipping Policy
Shipping Time/Expedited Shipping
We strive to ship all approved* orders within 24-48 hrs from the time of receipt. In some circumstances, the items you order may be located at different store locations. If this happens, you will be notified by email with an expected date for shipment.
The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping method you select and the time of day your order is placed. Our USPS daily pickup is typically around 2pm CST. Orders placed after 2pm CST may be processed same day however it will not be picked up by USPS until the following day. Orders are only processed during our normal business hours. (Mon-Sat 10am-7pm / Sun 11am-3pm CST)
*Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to 1-2 business days. You will be notified by email if this issue arises.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS with the following shipping options.
- USPS Ground Advantage - Typical Delivery 3-5 Business Days
- USPS Priority - Typical Delivery 2-4 Business Days
- FREE SHIPPING - Available On Orders Over $75
We do our best to estimate time in transit for a packages, however we are unable to guarantee actual delivery dates. The shipping services we offer First Class Mail, Ground Advantage and Priority Mail are standard services from USPS and DO NOT come with a guaranteed delivery date. We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible however once a package has been picked up by USPS we have no control of the shipment. Additionally there are a multitude of factors that determine how long it will take for packages to arrive such such as the actual ship to address, USPS pickup schedule, inventory location and mistakes / disruptions within the USPS system.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING SERVICES SUCH AS NEXT DAY OR TWO-DAY DELIVERY.
Although we know USPS is not perfect, it's currently the best option we have to keep our shipping cost as low as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
USPS FEDERAL HOLIDAYS
USPS will be closed for the following federal holidays. This means that packages shipped on these day will not be picked up by USPS or accepted into their system to activate the tracking number. Packages already in transit will halt on these days and will continue through the USPS system on following day.

International Shipping Options
Unfortunately at this time we have suspended all international shipping due to ongoing issues with delivery. If / when this becomes available, our website shipping options and policy will be updated.
Return Policy
If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know and we’ll make every effort to resolve the issue.
We will gladly accept exchanges and returns for orders received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Shipping charges will be refunded in cases of a product defect or shipping error only. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Orders may be sent back by mail or dropped off at any of our retail locations.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged if an item is returned after 30 days of the original purchase date. Customized items, special orders, and items that have been installed or used are non-refundable. ALL SALES FINAL on sale / items that have been marked down, game specific items such as t-shirts, hats, stickers, ect and holiday / seasonal items.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the guidelines listed above.
Return Form: The return form can be found on the back side of your packing slip. If you no longer have your packing slip, click here for a printable version.
Returns For Refund: Refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase. Orders dropped off in store will will be processed in a separate transaction using our online payment system.
Returns For Exchange: Exchanges can be made in store or by mail using the the return form. If a requested item is not available, our Support Krewe notify you with your options. Exchanged items will be shipped back via standard USPS shipping.
Return Check List
1) Complete the return form found on the back of the packing slip included in your shipment.
2) Drop off your package in store or mail it to our return address.
3) Keep a copy of the return form for you records
